Cancun Quintana Roo a 28 de noviembre 2013.- NAVIOS se encuentra ubicado en un muelle sobre la laguna, donde se puede apreciar el hermoso atardecer del caribe, marco inigualable para expresar la rica y vasta gama de mariscos con los que cuenta México y que se ofrecen al comensal en la propuesta culinaria “ COCINA DE MARISCO FUSION MEXICANA” donde resalta la creatividad de nuestro chef en la vistosidad de los platillos, pero sobre todo extraordinarios toques y matices en el sazón de cada uno de ellos.

This is where the creations of our chef highlight the finest presentations of dishes, but most of all the extraordinary seasoning of our regional ingredients to create an unforgettable gastronomic experience for all our diners.

HISTORIA

NAVIOS nace de la idea de plasmar en nuestro nombre toda la esencia y sabor que queremos transmitirle a cada uno de nuestros comensales . Fue así, como llegamos a nombrarlo NAVIOS ; los navíos en su historia fueron grandes embarcaciones de vela, que surcaron los mares transportando los mas finos manjares  y frutos del mar, por esa razón centramos nuestro concepto de mariscos haciendo alarde a estos barcos que han puesto en nuestras mesas tan deliciosos y exóticos sabores alrededor de los años.

NAVIOS was born from the essence of the flavor we would like to transmit to all our diners.
